As the Account Coordinator, Digital Partnerships (AC), you’ll be working closely with the Sales and Ad Ops teams on the execution of media campaigns. You will serve as a secondary lead on accounts along with the Account Manager (AM) or Regional Account Lead. You will support key aspects of client success through project management, customer service and execution of cross-functional processes. You are responsible for helping the team stay on track when it comes to delivering quality work on time and hitting KPIs. You must be comfortable working with other team members and strategizing high level ideas with them in order to ensure client satisfaction and growth.

The ideal candidate should have exceptional project management skills, have a passion for digital media, shows strong communication skills, and thrive working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.

This position is fully remote, but may require some in-person meetings and will involve regular weekly and monthly calls.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support AM or Regional Account Lead in daily deliverables, tasks, budgets, and deadlines for media campaigns and ad-hoc client projects by working closely with the creative services and ad ops teams

• Use project management tools to coordinate tasks, deliverables, and deadlines for all involved parties

• Facilitate administrative duties such as: organizing call agendas, project documentation, helping with invoicing, coordinating internal/external meetings, and being the primary note taker during these meetings

• Complete tasks as necessary to support clients and internal teams

• Help review deliverables to make sure there are no mistakes before delivering to the client for approval

• Shadow lead AM or Regional Account Lead and help with delivering campaign performance that meet and exceed client goals and KPIs

• Create or revamp internal processes to improve efficiency

• Build a strong understanding of the client’s industry, products, business culture, and competition and serve as the go-to knowledge source for the wider team

• Have an understanding of the digital landscape and present new ideas to the team or client when possible

• Ability to successfully manage multiple accounts at once

• Ability to follow up on tasks to ensure deadlines are hit across many projects at once

• Ability to dissect data and draw insights that drive the business forward
