About the Digital Account Manager Role:

We are looking for a full-time East Coast Account Lead to support the Sales Team and Client Services in meeting campaign objectives and provide a high level of customer service to clients and internal stakeholders. This role is based out of the east coast and will work remote.

The right candidate will work hand in hand with the VP, Client Services and the Sales organization to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and agencies to help drive renewals and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have experience in digital advertising, and can translate client goals and objectives into effective online advertising experiences. The role will be responsible for managing a team of Account Managers in successful execution of campaigns post-sale through wrap-up.

Responsibilities

  • Own operational processes for assigned accounts in their entirety (managing the kick-off call, campaign implementation, strategizing, reconciliation, performance optimization and evaluation)
  • Directly communicate with clients to determine goals, create parameters and set appropriate expectations and manage any issues to resolution
  • Participate in internal brainstorming sessions
  • Provide regular account updates, performance notes and consistent reporting to clients and internal sales staff
  • Work in tandem with Trafficking & Optimization teams to ensure campaigns are set up successfully and performing their best and meeting campaign objectives and KPI
  • Work with all internal departments on the development and implementation of campaigns
  • Monitor and report campaign performance to ensure delivery and billing
  • Present campaign results via Excel and PowerPoint presentations
  • Lead and support the east coast pod with day to day troubleshooting as well as creating growth and development opportunities.
  • Maintain and optimize team processes to streamline efficiencies

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital account manager role at a digital publisher/digital network required
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with broad range of internal and external clients
  • Understanding of cross channel media and rich media formats and video including VAST and VPAID
  • Experience working with viewability & verification vendors such as IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT
  • Digital media industry experience
  • Strong computer skills especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • A strong ability to perform independently while working in a team environment
  • Proactive, energetic and have excellent follow through skills
  • Willing to work in a fast paced, start-up environment
