About the Ad Operations Associate Role:

My Code is looking for a full-time Advertising Operations Associate to launch and troubleshoot creative across multiple platforms. This position is a great opportunity to join a growing company and establish a foundation in advertising operations and campaign management.

This role will have potential to monitor active campaigns as performance and workload allows. Our philosophy of a collaborative work environment requires the candidate to have great interpersonal skills and wear multiple hats in order to be successful.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage gathering and implementation of all assets needed to set up, QA and launch campaigns – tracking, tagging, publisher/agency correspondence, media plan management, etc.
  • Work closely with internal teams and publishers to troubleshoot integration issues, track/QA any abnormalities and ensure campaign delivery
  • Toggle between multiple campaign management platforms for campaign set up and reporting to monitor delivery and account for discrepancies
  • Proactively investigate delivery discrepancies, billing disputes, technical issues, etc.
  • Proactively make optimizations towards specific campaign established KPIs
  • Traffic and QA campaigns/creatives across desktop, mobile, tablet, and video environments

Qualifications:

  • 6+ months in digital marketing or ad operations
  • Strong knowledge of DoubleClick products including DFP, DCM and DBM
  • Knowledge of TheTradeDesk, DataXu, ShareThrough, LKQD a plus
  • Advanced technical skills, including analyzing HTTP and VAST requests
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel necessary
  • HTML/CSS and JavaScript experience a strong plus
  • Familiarity with the building and serving of rich media, standard display, preroll, and native
  • Knowledge of standard online marketing and advertising terms and concepts
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable field
