About the Role:

My Code is looking for a sales focused Programmatic Revenue Director who can help support our programmatic and PMP revenue business. The candidate must have a strong understanding of the modern digital ad tech environment (SSPs, DSPs, RTB, exchanges, Digital Publishers, Ad Servers, etc), be able to manage and grow revenue partnerships, be comfortable analyzing data from multiple sources and make appropriate recommendations, as well as communicate effectively with external clients to help grow business. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Indirect Team to manage and grow day to day relationships with key platform revenue partners (SSPs, DSPs, exchanges, networks) and overall maximize ad yield across My Code’s ad stack
  • Work with the My Code sales team, ad agencies, and brands to grow private marketplaces (PMPs, PGs) deals and evangelize H Code supply offering with partners
  • Help form deeper revenue partnerships that H Code may not currently be maximizing
  • Make consultative recommendations on PMP campaigns to increase spend, performance and help troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Help drive programmatic product and strategy including pricing, ad products, and internal process
  • Develop, evolve and execute best practice processes for programmatic operations, new deal implementation, live deal optimization, supply optimization, and consultative up-selling to high value products
  • Help build out and operate programmatic strategies for emerging media platforms including CTV, Audio, and programmatic audience extension

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher.) Ideally in business, marketing or a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, CS,, etc.).
  • 4-10 years experience in digital media/advertising in a sales role, ideally with work experience in digital publishing, business development, ad tech, ad operations, yield optimization, programmatic revenue, etc.
  • Partnership management and growth experience, especially within SSP/DSP ecosystem. Ideally some existing relationships, but also expanding our own to tap into all programmatic budgets across all clients.
  • Familiarity with Google ad tech products (Google Ad Manager/DFP, AdX) and creating/managing ad stacks.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (including VLOOKUPs,Pivot Tables, SUMIFs, etc.) with the ability to quickly analyze data across a variety of sources and take action
  • Strong understanding of brand advertising KPIs (CPM, CPC, CPI, CPCV. etc) and ability to own day to day communication with partners
  • Experience using and AdTech SaaS platforms (Ad Servers, SSPs, DSPs, DMPs) and willingness to learn new platforms.
  • Familiarity with various advertising units: Display, Video, Mobile, Native, audio, CTV, etc.
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic, high-growth environment
