My Code Marks 10-Year Milestone with Global Community Day, Partnering with Precious Dreams Foundation to Support At-Risk Youth

LOS ANGELES, CA — On Wednesday, June 25, 2025, My Code, the growth engine for culture-driven brands, will celebrate its 10-year anniversary by hosting a Global Community Day—a coordinated day of impact across the U.S. and Mexico—in partnership with Precious Dreams Foundation, a nonprofit that supports youth in foster care and homelessness.

This milestone event brings together My Code employees from Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Mexico City, Hermosillo, and remote locations to participate in a series of in-person and virtual service initiatives rooted in My Code's core value of Care. From delivering comfort kits to youth, to packing food for families, to mentoring future leaders, Community Day 2025 is a living expression of My Code’s mission to bridge culture and connection through action.

“Community Day is where our values meet real-world impact,” said Marchelle Wright, Chief People Officer of My Code. “Ten years into our journey, we’re not just celebrating a business milestone, we’re honoring the people, communities, and purpose that have fueled us from day one. Partnering with Precious Dreams Foundation is one way we give back meaningfully, with intention and love.” The initiative reflects My Code's commitment to authentic representation extending beyond media—demonstrating how cultural fluency translates into community impact.

Multi-City, Multi-Mission Impact

  • In Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago, teams will volunteer with local youth-focused nonprofits, including a flagship partnership with Precious Dreams Foundation, assembling and delivering comfort care packages to youth in transitional living situations.

  • In Mexico City and Hermosillo, employees will support local food banks, packing and distributing essentials for families in need.

  • For remote participants, My Code will host a virtual volunteer activation focused on career readiness — equipping the next generation with tools, mentorship, and support for their futures.

Participants are encouraged to take part in both in-person and virtual events, amplifying their collective impact across borders.

We’re proud to partner with a company like My Code that’s deeply invested in showing up for young people,” said Nicole Russell-Wharton, Founder of Precious Dreams Foundation. “This isn’t just about one day of service, it’s about modeling the kind of care and consistency youth need to thrive.”

As My Code enters its second decade, Global Community Day embodies the company's evolution. Just as My Code has expanded its reach across communities, this anniversary celebration extends that same inclusive spirit into direct community action. Through partnerships with organizations like Precious Dreams Foundation, My Code demonstrates that authentic representation isn't just about the stories we tell, but the lives we touch. This Global Community Day marks ten years of business growth—and a decade of lifting people’s voices.

About Precious Dreams Foundation

Nicole Russell founded Precious Dreams Foundation in 2012 with a powerful mission: to provide comfort items and coping tools to help youth self-soothe and build emotional resilience during uncertain times. Precious Dreams Foundation provides comfort items—like cozy pajamas, books, and journals—along with programs that teach young people how to cope with stress and trauma. It’s all about giving them the tools to feel safe and emotionally strong, even when life is unpredictable. Children in foster care often face emotional and psychological challenges as they adjust to new environments.‍ Children experiencing homelessness worry about where they will sleep on a given night, and if they have a place to sleep, they are afraid of losing it.

We aim to inspire a generation of well-rested and self-affirmed young people who will transform their lives and change the world. The Precious Dreams Foundation serves youth as they enter and exit foster care and homeless shelters, providing support during two of their most challenging transitional periods.
