Dave LiCalzi is a media and advertising executive with more than 25 years of experience developing strategies and solutions that address client business needs while creating new opportunities for revenue and growth. His career has centered on bringing together audience insights, content, technology, creative, and media capabilities to build compelling market propositions and bring them to life through strong positioning, go-to-market strategy, and sales execution.

As Chief Operating Officer of My Code, Dave brings that commercial perspective to a broader leadership role, overseeing key areas of the business while continuing to shape company strategy, product positioning, and go-to-market approach.

Previously, Dave held senior leadership roles at The Arena Group, Paramount, and ESPN, where he built monetization strategies, commercialized new products, and led go-to-market efforts across digital, streaming, mobile, social, and emerging advertising platforms.

He holds an MBA from New York University and a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University.
