Marchelle (MJ) Wright

Marchelle "MJ" Wright is a People & Culture executive with over 25 years of enterprise human capital experience across media, ad tech, and technology. As Chief Administrative Officer at My Code, MJ partners with the CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Leadership Team to oversee HR, external legal strategy, and workplace operations, aligning people strategy with business objectives to drive compliance, scalability, and operational excellence. Her career includes executive roles as Chief People Officer at Group Black, SVP of Human Resources at ViacomCBS, and Vice President of Human Resources at Valassis Communications, with a focus on leading complex M&A integrations, scaling global teams, and embedding talent strategy into core business models. 

Recognized as an AdMonsters/AdExchanger Top Woman in Media & Ad Tech, MJ holds an MS in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University, a BA from Wayne State University, and an Advanced Certificate from Cornell University. Personally committed to community impact, she serves on the Board of Directors for LEAPS for Peace, an organization that empowers youth locally and globally through leadership development, public service, and social change.
